Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you, should you be unable to keep your appointment, please let us know well in advance in order for us to reallocate the booking to another client. Failure to give adequate notice or no-show will result in a charge for the time and/or full prepayment of your next booking which will be non-refundable. Bookings that are continuously cancelled will result in a 50% cancellation fee and prepayment on future bookings.

We love having your children in our space and happy that you bring them along. However, we do try keep a relaxing, clean environment for all clients visiting us. We ask that children bring appropriate entertainment with while waiting for you. No touching of products and no food will be allowed.
